With tools such as disconnected use, Microsoft Outlook integration, Samples Management and Sales Order Processing your field sales reps are always prepared.
Features of DynProCRM Pharma Edition
Physician Profiling
A detailed view of each physician is built including current positions at clinics, hospitals and other institutions, specializations, industry involvement, and personal milestones. Also provided in this module is the ability to indicate feedback from the physician on awareness of individual products and usage rate.
Call Recording
Every telephone call or site visit made to a physician is recorded in DynProCRM as an Activity with the date and time the event took place, the associated sales activities and the outcomes. Activities can be linked so that a complete history of opportunity pursuit and customer service is available.
Calendar Schedules
A built-in calendar allows for the scheduling of calls, meetings and other related events. Calendar events can be related to a physician, opportunity or coworkers.
Sample Management
It is very important from a marketing and controls perspective that a complete history be maintained of what samples were provided to each physician. This tool allows for the recording of dates, times and quantities of each product sample left with a physician.
Travel Planning
An optional Google Maps plug-in allows for travel planning to be done to aid a field sales agent in determining the most efficient means of visiting client sites in a given day. Travel planning is done by determining "least cost" routes to all client sites indicated in the Meeting Calendar for that day.
Sales Order Processing
No CRM solution for field sales would be complete without the ability to process sales orders. DynProCRM Pharma Edition provides for quotations and sales orders to be generated on the spot against a full product catalogue.
Influencer Tagging
In any group of people there will be those that are leaders and those that are followers. With Influencer Tagging your field sales people can indicate which individuals influence the buying behavior of others. This is a multi-level tagging related to products and services. This tool will allow easier identification of those individuals who are most likely to drive product adoption.
Reporting
DynProCRM Pharma Edition provides a broad range of reports as part of the solution. These include reports on sales outcomes, opportunity value, product take-up and various indicators on propensity to buy.
Forecasting
A variety of tools are available in DynProCRM to do sales forecasting and trend analysis. A full suite of customizations is available to support any special techniques required.
Offline Use
For those times when an internet connection is not available this allows sales activities to continue unabated. Full data access is provided to physician, product and activity details. Once an Internet connection is restored DynProCRM will sync the information that has changed.
Outlook Integration
The email, contact and calendar entries in CRM can be synced to Microsoft Outlook and, through Outlook, to other devices such as PDAs. This allows the field sales representatives to be able to use familiar tools to do a variety of sales tasks without having to learn new methods.
Integrated News Feeds
The home page of the DynProCRM Pharma Edition provides the ability to display current and real-time information supplied by a variety of sources including 3rd party news sources and internal updates on things such as new product releases, regulatory issues and the results of clinical trials.
